Your life, your choice.
All of our peer support mental health professionals have a lived experience of mental ill health. They have been through what you've been through and felt how you've felt. There is no judgement.
If you'd rather us help you choose the right person for you, send us an email or get in touch via the "contact us" link at the bottom of every page. We will guide you through the process so it's even easier for you.
